Lori Smith has over 30 years of healthcare knowledge and how it relates to behavior change and organizational impact. She has worked in the field of wellness for 22 years as thought leader and change agent. She has supplemented her worksite wellness experience with on-going studies in group facilitation skills, Appreciative Inquiry, strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership development, including certification as a Wellness Culture Coach.
